NXV-300 Modero Virtual Touch Panel
Any use of the Reset Settings or Remove Pages buttons opens up the Confirmation Dialog window. The Ye s button is
grayed out for ten seconds while a timer reads down between it and the No button, and then becomes enabled. Clicking
either button will return you to the Protected Setup page.
Protected Setup Page Elements (Cont.)
Bonjour: Press this button to enable or disable broadcast of any Zero Config information.
Note: The device must be rebooted for the change to take effect.
Function Show: Press this button to enable the display of the channel port and channel code in the top left
corner of the button, the level port and level code in the bottom left corner, and the
address port and address code in the bottom right corner (FIG. 14).
Telnet: Press this button to enable or disable the telnet server on the panel. This feature focuses
on direct telnet communication to the panel.
Page Tracking: Press this button for the touch panel sends page data back to the NetLinx Master, or vice
versa depending on the touch panel settings.
Reset Settings: Press this button to wipe out all current configuration parameters on the touch panel (such
as IP Addresses, Device Number assignments, Passwords, and other presets).
• Pressing this button launches a Confirmation dialog which asks to confirm your
selection.
• This dialog is configured with a delay timer that does not enable the YES button for 5
seconds. This delay provides an additional amount of time for the user to confirm a
decision.
Remove Pages: Press this button to remove all current TPD4 touch panel pages currently on the panel
(including the pre-installed AMX Demo pages).
• Pressing this button launches a Confirmation dialog which asks to confirm your
selection.
• This dialog is configured with a delay timer that does not enable the YES button for 5
seconds. This delay provides an additional amount of time for the user to confirm a
decision.
System Settings icon: Press this button to configure communication settings between the NetLinx Master and
the panel.
G4 Web Control icon: Press this button to allow for password protection. This controls access to the NXV-300
pages, as well as specifying the maximum number of connected users.
Passwords icon: Press this button to access the Passwords Page (page 18).
Panel Statistics icon: Press this button to access the Panel Statistics Page (page 19).
Connection Utility icon: Press this button to access the Connection Utility Page (page 21).
Back: Saves the changes and returns to the previously active touch panel page.
