RMS Administrator’s Guide
Viewing Lamp Hours reports
1. Select Reporting > Lamp Hours in the menu on the left side of the RMS
application. This launches the Lamp Hours Report Page section on
page 164.
2. Locate the room for which you want a lamp hour report; double click groups
to expand.
Lamp Hours Report
Room The friendly name for the room to which the monitored device is
associated.
Projector/Display Name of the projector.
Model Manufacturer and Model of projector.
Usage Number of hours on the lamp.
Lamp Life Expected lamp life set in the RMS application. This is the threshold of
the Lamp Hours parameter.
Average Use Average use in Hours/Day based on historical data in the RMS
application.
Time Remaining Estimated time remaining in days on the lamp based on the expected
lamp life and average usage per day. If the lamp is past the established
threshold, it displays Replace Lamp in red. If there are 14 days or less
left on the lamp, it is displayed in orange. If there are 7 or less days left
on the lamp, it is displayed in red.
