Introduction

The OneNAND™ VLP 34nm MCP combines the following memory devices multichip

package:

• 2GB (x16), 1.8V OneNAND™ Flash memory

• 512Mb (x16), 1.8V Double Data Rate Low-Power SDRAM (DDR LPSDRAM)

The purpose of this document is to describe how the memory components operate with

respect to each other. It must be read in conjunction with the OneNAND discrete data

sheet (OneNAND VLP 34nm Discrete) and DDR LPSDRAM discrete data sheets, in which

the specifications of the Flash memory and LPSDRAM components are fully described

respectively. These data sheets are available from your local Micron distributor.

Refer to Table 1Product list combination for the product list combination dealt with in

this document. The complete ordering information of these products is shown in

Table 5Ordering information.

The OneNAND VLP 34nm MCP device, which is supplied with all the bits erased (set to

“1"), is available in the following packages:

• VFBGA133 (11x10x1.0mm)
